Boquete has recently added another attraction to its must-see list: the new Boquete Library Park.
This magnificent public space located in the province of Chiriquí combines landscapes and nature. Its visitors can enjoy this new experience very easily since it is located just a few steps from the center of this beautiful mountain town.
The park extends over 8 hectares of vegetation, surrounded by beautiful views next to the Caldera River that makes its way forming an incredible scene of wildlife. All this makes it an ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of adventure or to start the morning with a little exercise in the fresh air.
One of the most outstanding features is its beautiful garden with a lake with ducks. It also has several walking trails that take visitors through a variety of plants, trees, and flowers that are native to the area. You can also take advantage of the picnic areas to enjoy a meal or a snack while you cool off with the breeze.
The Boquete Library Foundation is responsible for this impressive project that provides the community with a place with free and open access. Its wide green spaces allow the residents and tourists to have direct contact with nature and culture since events with different themes and for all ages are also organized.
It is open from Monday to Sunday from 6 am to 5:30 pm, the entrance is located close to the library.
